The House of Welcome is one of three parts of St Francis Social Services, located in Paddington. It offers a wide program that in particular caters for refugees coming into Australia.

The organization's purpose is to uphold the dignity of each person by providing support and advocacy to empower the most disadvantaged people in communities. House of welcomes values install what their organisation is about (Welcome, Respect ,connect and Empower) As the organisation is about welcoming all walks of people with open arms and treating each and every person with the respect they deserve, the organisation also empowers the people who come into house of welcome as they enter the house with nothing mentally and materially and leave with more than a stable life but empowered in themselves.
